Marquette Medical is an urgent care developed by local emergency medicine physicians to provide high quality, efficient, and compassionate care for the community of the Central Upper Peninsula, Marquette County and its visitors. Office Manager - Paige Leier - Paige brings over seven years of diverse healthcare expertise, encompassing both managerial and clinical roles. Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Paige is passionate about enhancing quality healthcare accessibility within the Marquette community. In her free time she enjoys gardening, relaxing by the lake, and spending time with her nieces.
Our Physicians
Shawn Brown, MD - A board certified Emergency Physician practicing in the Great Lakes for 10 years. A Traverse City native, Dr. Brown attended NMU for an undergraduate degree in Athletic Training before pursuing a medical degree from the University of Michigan, followed by Emergency Medicine training in Grand Rapids, MI. She lives in Marquette with her husband, three children, and dogs. She enjoys yoga, hiking, Nordic skiing, mountain biking (with varying degrees of success), and being in Lake Superior.
Scott Hagle, MD - A board certified Emergency Physician who has been providing care in Marquette and across the Upper Peninsula for over 20 years. Dr. Hagle is a Michigan Tech and Wayne State alumni with Emergency Medicine training at Indianapolis, IN. He and his family live in Marquette and enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, biking, and skiing.
